Freedom facilitator

This is a sessional role, with a minimum contract of 59 hours across September – December 2023. The role focuses on ensuring that a high-quality service is provided to attendees of the Freedom programme.

You will be required to support a minimum of 2 runs of the Freedom programme (7 week course) in September – December. We will pay for you to attend Freedom facilitator training, including paying you for your time to attend the course. After December, we would like to have you on our books to support Freedom delivery as and when we might need you in the future.

Hours of work: Varied. Minimum contract 41 hours of delivery + 18 hours of training (paid) if required across September – December. Total 59 hours.

Includes regular evening work (likely Wednesdays 6.45-9.15pm)

Location: Hybrid – a mix of working from home & our office in Brixton

Salary: £17p/h

Contract: Sessional worker
