Last month we took the opportunity to end the year on a high, with a Christmas party for our Home-Start families.
As the different services we provide came to a close for 2023, this was a chance to bring our community together – both the families and the volunteers who support them.
We were joined by 27 families from both our core family support service and those who attend our family groups, Little Munchkins and Little Legends.
Of course, a family festive party wouldn’t be complete without a visit from Father Christmas himself (along with some helpful elves), who helped spread the Christmas cheer from our very own Santa’s grotto, with a pile of presents for the children.
A big thank you to Max Roach for helping prepare the food, BT, Ettie and the amazing team of volunteers from Hymans Robertson, who wrapped a heap of presents and made our office especially Christmassy (plus provided a certain bearded special guest)! Without you this wouldn’t have been possible.
