DESCRIPTION:If you’re on a low income & have children under 5/are pregnant\, you can pick up free Rose Vouchers for food and veg at our office every Tuesday or Thursday between 2- 4pm. These vouchers can then be spent at local traders. \nThere are many traders in Lambeth where the vouchers can be used (in Brixton Market\, for example\, there are 4). Traders should have a banner or poster up to let you know that they are part of the project. \nYou can only receive vouchers from one centre\, so if you’re already registered but our office is more local to you\, contact us so that we can get you set up with us. \nEach voucher is worth £1 and you’ll have 1 month to spend them. \nEligibility: Only families on Universal Credit\, No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF) or who earn under £16k a year are eligible. \nNumber of vouchers that families can receive: \n\nFamilies who are pregnant receive 4 vouchers a week\nFamilies with babies aged 0-1 receive 6 vouchers a week (per baby)\nFamilies with children aged 1-5 receive 4 vouchers a week (per child)\nFamilies with children under 5 who also have children aged 5-11 receive 4 vouchers a week per child aged 5-11\n\nIf you have any doubts\, please contact us.

DESCRIPTION:The Freedom Programme is a nationally recognised educational programme designed to provide a safe place for survivors of domestic abuse to explore their personal experiences in a safe\, confidential\, and supportive environment. Available to anyone who does not identify as male\, the programme explores tactics used by perpetrators to maintain power and control in abusive relationships. \nIt consists of 7 weekly sessions of 2 hours\, delivered in term time only.\nThe dates of this programme delivery are: \n\nTuesday 23 January 2024\nTuesday 30 January 2024\nTuesday 6 February 2024\nTuesday 20 February 2024\nTuesday 27 February 2024\nTuesday 5 March 2024\nTuesday 12 March 2024\n\nThe programme is currently running online.\nThe programme also aims to: \n\nHelp attendees understand common beliefs held by abusive men.\nHelp attendees understand the effects of domestic abuse on their children.\nHelp attendees gain self-esteem and confidence.\nHelp attendees recognise future abusers.\nHelp attendees learn what constitutes a healthy relationship.\n\nFind out more about the Freedom Programme
